Abstract
The embedding theorem of Z-graded Lie superalgebras is given and prove d. As a subsidiary result it is proved that a transitive Z-graded rest ricted Lie superalgebra G = +(i greater than or equal to-1) G(i) must be isomorphic to W(m, n, 1) if the dimension of G(1) satisfies a certa in condition.
