Abstract
In this paper we will present a simple condition for an ideal to be no where precipitous. Through this condition we show nowhere precipitousn ess of fundamental ideals on P(kappa)lambda, in particular the non-sta tionary ideal NSkappa lambda under cardinal arithmetic assumptions.
