Abstract
A new efficient synthesis procedure leading to the nucleotide containi ng 5'-S or 3'-S-phosphorothioate linkage will be presented. The tittle compounds were prepared in the reaction anhydronucleoside with nucleo side phosphorodithioates. The second way is based on phosphitylation r eaction using the nucleosidylphosphorofluoridites.
