Abstract
Isoxazoline rings have been successfully connected to imidazo[1,2-a]py ridine derivatives via carbon-carbon bonds for the synthesis of new C- nucleoside analogs 7 and 8. These two isomers, possessing altered posi tions of nitrogen and oxygen atoms, can be formed through dipolar cycl oaddition reactions of the appropriate olefins and nitrile oxides.
