Abstract
The synthesis of analogues of the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhib itor marimastat has been achieved in one-pot by a two step procedure i nvolving an Ugi four-component reaction followed by hydroxylaminolysis of an acetonide. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
