Abstract
New strategies have recently been developed for studying biological ma cromolecules of large size (beyond 100 kDa) in order to both improve t he quality of the structures and make structure determination more eff icient. This has been achieved by utilizing cross-correlation effects and novel labeling strategies, and developing novel NMR spectroscopy e xperiments.
