Rk. Rastsvetaeva et al., STRUCTURES OF 2 POTASSIUM-RICH LABUNTSOVITES IN RELATION TO THE CRYSTAL-CHEMISTRY OF MINERALS OF THE LABUNTSOVITE-NENADKEVICHITE FAMILY, Crystallography reports, 43(5), 1998, pp. 820-827
The structures of two predominantly potassium members of the labuntsov
ite-nenadkevichite family are refined to R = 0.036 and 0.058 for 1085
and 1318 unique reflections, respectively. The compositions and occupa
ncies of the mixed-atom sites in the octahedral columns and the interc
olumn spaces are determined. The hydrogen atoms of water molecules are
located. The structural and spectral features of the minerals studied
are compared with those of other members of this family.
