The behaviour of heater power in Czochralski growth of oxide crystals
of constant radii with the use of induction heating has been analyzed.
The main factors affecting the heater power during growth of crystals
of constant radii are established and analyzed. It is shown that the
power necessary for the growth of crystals of constant radii is an int
egral parameter which can be used to predict the quality of a growing
crystal, to identify the group of materials to which this crystal belo
ngs, and to estimate the appropriateness of the chosen growth conditio
ns and the crystallizer design.
