Abstract
A common is a resource that all have a liberty-right to use and to which no one can claim an exclusive right.The eternal debate concerning the social benefits or the negative effects caused by commons continues today in the intellectual property field where the development of the Internet illustrates the world he importance of free resources and the potential of sharing cultural experiences.This article analyzes the differences between the traditional commons and the new commons involving the creative process and cultural environment,specifically focusing on the commons system based on the Creative Commons licensing model.By investigating both the legal and the social aspects surrounding the commons,the author ends up trying to predict the new opportunities and risk that come with this new creative environment. creating communication right in a digital world.
