Abstract
The following Article is intended to act as a brief overview of the major modifications caused to the well-known GPL license's text by two revision drafts that occoured through this year and that will probably bring to a new version of the license in the first months of 2007.It is an occasion to discuss about some of the hottest questions regarding software legislation and its practical application,and consequences.
