In this paper the Author analyzes how the Internet is fundamental for dynamics of public comunication in Italy,and how it represent an exellent opportunity for the process of the so-called e-democracy.The writing at issue doesn't want to be a final result,but just an ideal previous statement of a reflection which,with his contents and plan of action,appears more significative.
