Abstract
In this account the Author faces the problems connected with the concept of"virtual domicil".This notion has been recently introduced by the Supreme Court with regard to computer crimes and,in particular way,to hacking cases. The main problem is to understand the nature of virtual space,in order to decide which rules must be enforced by the judge in trials. This theme can be summarized in the following question:is the virtual domicil an object which can be owned by the subject?Or is it something connected with person as a projection of is?The Author analyses both the first and the second thesis and,in conclusion,he outlines how they are actually strictly connected each other.Theire common origin,in fact, can be found in the rationalistic Modern though,of which Thomas Hobbes and John Locke are the forerunners and the most rappresentative authors.
