Alcuni recenti sviluppi in tema di licenze Creative Commons.

In this Article the Author describes the development of the Creative Commons(CC)licences,especially the route followed to come to version 2.5 of the licences in USA and the problems of adaptation that the new version of licences has caused to the Italian group that works on the translation and adaptation of the CC licenses in the national legislative environment.The Authors analyses also two important decisions regarding the CC licenses that have interested a Spanish court and a Dutch court in the first months of the 2006.Lastly,the author traces the changes brought to the Italian Digital Administration Code with respect to the discipline of the computer document and to its effectiveness,overcoming the empasse caused by the doubtful validity of the license if is in electronic form and not undersigned with electronic signature.
