In this paper the Author analyzes how the Internet is fundamental for the new citizen/consumer.And then how the Law is fundamental for a new vision of ethics in commercial dynamics.Thus new world-wide economy's themes and the new images of citizen/consumer become protagonists of the controversy,feeding new vision and further solutions up.The writing at issue doesn't want to be a final result,but just an ideal previous statement of a reflection which,with his contents and plan of action,appears more significative.
