Abstract
After a brief digression about ICT and its potential for the e-governance application,the following article takes under examination some of the most significative european and italian e-governance projects,with a particular attention to the italian "Processo Civile Telematico"(Telematic Civil Process)project,its field of application and procedures,both legal and informatics.
