In this paper the Author focuses one of the most relevant aspect of the Information Warfare:the use of the Internet aganist Terrorism.After the 11 September some laws was enforced to fight Terrorism,but what about the fundamental right to anonymity?Here are some suggestions on how to balance this contrast.
