Abstract
This paper analyzes the phenomenon of spamming,one of the most expensive crime Internet-related for providers and users,and one of the principal danger against privacy of everyone.After an overview on the USA legislation against spam,the Author deals the Italian situation,expecially regarding the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali position,and the consumers'protection.
