Abstract
In this Article the Author deals with the legal framework in the European Union concerning Internet and the information and communication technologies.After an overview of the most important laws in this field,the article analyzes the evolution of the economic theories,especially concerning the idea of a global,electronic market and its relationships with the internal markets.
