Abstract
In this Article the Author deals with dialers issues,from a technical and juridical point of view.From a technical point of view the Author describes the evolution,in the past two years,of the dialers software and the practical effects.From a juridical point of view,describes the legal issues that were discussed in these years in Italy,concerning,especially,the civil and criminal liablity of dialers writers.
