The Author,in this Article,deals with the legal issues concerning digital signature and electronic documents in Italy.The main arguments in this study are related to the legal value of "simple" e-mail and the connection between e-mail and digital signature("can an e-mail be compared,from a legal point of view,to a subsribed electronic document?")
