Abstract
In this Article the Author deals with the new legal framework in Italy concerning data protection and privacy.The 1 of January,2004,in Italy,was effective the new "Code"concerning personal data protection:this new legal framework brought new legal issues and,at the same time,new challenges for legal theory and legal practice.
