Il modello economico delle nuove tecnologie:un'introduzione ad uso del giurista informatico.

In this article devoted to the economic model of new technologies,the Author analyses in details five principles on which the economy of the new technologies is based:a)the function of production at fixed costs,with the example of the software;b)the monopolistic concurrency and calculus-differentiation;c)the positive externalities in the networks;d)innovative creativity and products distribution;e)the globalization process.The article provides the reader with an introduction to the Economic Reasoning which is quite easy to be understood.The "model"the Author refers to is not a formal definition of the behaviour of an economic agent(which often need a demonstration by equations,indeed)but is instead an enumeration of those principles which permeate the economy of new technologies.According to the Author,not only the legal professional must acquire the instruments and the sensibility which are typical of the economist,but also the economist must acquire some legal knowledge,since a multi-disciplinary approach is common nowadays to all the professions and it is ultimately the only way for them to be up-to-date.
