Abstract
The"escrow contract"is the core topic of this Article.The Author underlines the importance of the source code as well as the problem of the reverse engineering and the controls on this kind of contract.Finally,the Author explains the legal issues connected to copyright on the work and presents,in the Appendix,a model of a tipical escrow contract.
