Abstract
In this Article,the Author deals with the legal issues related to electronic and IT contracts.Indeed,several types of contracts are typical of the daily practice and each one of these contracts can originate peculiar legal problems.So,this study will examine the problems arising from consultancy contracts,licensing contracts,customer-related contracts and technology assistance contracts.
