Abstract
The topics covered in this Article are connected to the new economy,the trading online regulation and the protection of the customer in the online financial world.The first part of the article consist in an overview of the Italian and International norms regulating the trading online and the financial issues on the Internet.The second part of the article deals with the rights of the consumers and of the investors in the new economy world.
