Abstract
In this Article the Author deals with criminal law issues connected to intellectual property on the Internet and in the virtual world of cyberspace.Piracy,especially in the audio and video sectors,is the main topic of this work.The Author explains the basis of the Italian regulation and case law,drawing a clear legal framework of this crucial topic in information technology law.
