Abstract
The Author describes the electronic data processing system of the Archive of Ced of the italian "Cassazione" Supreme Court.The first issue to be developed by the Author dealts with the way this system operates,the structure of the archives and the way the information should be searched into the archives.Finally Nicola Lucchi outlines the types of data stored in the archives and the utility of such a system in the legal practice.
