Abstract
In this Article the Author deals with computer ethics and computer forensics issue.The first part of the study esplores the origins and the evolution of the computer ethics in the modern IT field.The last part of the Article analizes forensics ethics issue,concerning best practices and ethic codes in the Italian procedural law.
