The author analyzes how the Internet is fundamental for dynamics of public comunication and sharing in Italy,and how it represents an excellent opportunity for the process of the so-called "e-democracy".Meanwhile the absence of a detailed juridical norm-with a consequent adaptive juridical climate-and the absence of awareness don't consent the efficacy and the credibility of the multimedia instruments.The writing at issue doesn't want to be a final result,but just an ideal previous statement of a reflection which,with his contents and plan of action,appears in progress.
