Abstract
Systemic hypocomplementaemic urticarial vasculitis unresponsive to sev eral immunosuppressive and immunomodulatory drugs was seen in two wome n aged 43 and 45 years. Cyclophosphamide-dexamethasone pulse therapy w as started in both patients and resulted in significant clinical impro vement. The pulse treatment was well tolerated in both patients and no major adverse effects occurred. These cases indicate that cyclophosph amide-dexamethasone pulse therapy is efficient in the treatment of hyp ocomplementaemic urticarial vasculitis.
