Abstract
In this paper,the author describes a dialogical approach to legal argumentation from the perspective of argumentation theory.In a pragma-dialectical approach of legal argumentation,the argumentation is considered to be part of a critical discussion aimed at the rational resolution of the dispute.The author describes how a pragma-dialectical analysis and evaluation of leagl argumentation can be carried out.
