Abstract
Comparison between two amino-acid-sequences was quantified by matrices . The hydrophilicity of each amino acid was used as a parameter to cha racterize the sequence and its functional aspect in a water environmen t. The eigenvalues calculated in the linear transformation give an ima ge of a biochemical conversion between two amino-acid-sequences.
