Abstract
Various cytochromes c isolated from various species were compared by m atrix analysis using hydrophilicity value of amino acid as an element. Analysis was performed on the whole molecule and the results obtained were similar to those derived from biological evolution studies, alth ough there is difference in strategy between matrix analysis and the t raditional study. Discussion about differences between human- and whea t-cytochrome leads to the idea of protein-production in plant. A simil ar study was performed with hemoglobins alpha from various species.
