Abstract
Theoretical basis and problems of school's assistance to the adolescen ts on probation are considered. The ingredients of such an assistance are described - work with the parents and an adolescent himself and th e role of teachers' counsel playing part of court prosecution; Prevent ion of crimes is discussed.
