MULTIPLICATION OF HETEROTROPHS IN THE ABSENCE OF ORGANIC SUBSTRATUM SOUSES AND DYNAMICS OF QUASI-STATIONARY STATES OF POPULATIONS

Dynamic characteristics of E.coli heterotrophs populations on incubati on under substratum free conditions were investigated. It has been sho wn that cell multiplication under these conditions cannot be defined b y presence of admixtures of organic compounds or spare matter of the c ells. Possibility of utilization of free energy non-chemical and non-p hotosynthetic nature at cooperative behaviour of the cells is being an alyzed. The possibility of correlation between variations of biologica l activity of the cells and geodynamic processes is pointed out.
