Abstract
Iran doped barium titanate was grown and reduced at various temperatur es. Using optical absorption and electron paramagnetic resonance (phot o-EPR) simultaneously, a wide absorption band at similar to 2.1 eV due to Fe2+ is established. The light-induced charge transport between Fe 2+/3+ and shallow Ti4+3+-V-0 is identified, showing a two-center type response at low and one-center type response at room temperature.
