BEARD RESTORATION USING A FREE PUBOINGUINAL HAIR-BEARING FLAP

A free puboinguinal hair-bearing flap was transferred with anastomosis of the external pudendal vessels, for reconstruction of a bearded chi n in an adult male. Although the flap does not match the skin of the c hin in texture or color, it can provide an excellent beard in terms of the color, density and quality of hair growth. Donorsite morbidity is minimal.
