Abstract
Oral histoplasmosis, a rare condition, is reported in two HIV-infected patients. The lesions showed different characteristics. One was an ul cerative lesion presenting as the only manifestation of the disease. T he other was nodular, with disseminated histoplasmosis. In both cases infection with Candida was also noted within the lesions.
