Abstract
The behavior of Sm-153-EDTMP in vitro and vivo is analyzed by the size exclusion HPLC. The experimental results show that EDTMP amounts have an obvious effect on the stability in vitro and uptake of Sm-153-EDTM P in the liver. HPLC analysis of urine sample indicates that Sm-153-ED TMP is excreted in the original form. The behavior in vivo of Sm-153-E DTMP containing 4 mu g is similar to that of Sm-153-EDTMP containing 5 0 mu g EDTMP at I h post-injection.
