Abstract
The biodegradation of polycaprolactone incubated in sea water for seve ral weeks was investigated. For comparison, the hydrolytic degradation in a buffered salt solution was also examined. The weight, tensile st rength and morphological changes were recorded during the period of bi odegradation. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
