Abstract
A fundamental revision of an undergraduate psychiatric-mental health n ursing program was undertaken by School of Nursing faculty who saw the need to maintain psychiatric-mental health nursing's humanistic focus while rising to the marketplace challenges that confront nurses in en vironments that change by the nanosecond.
