Abstract
Ademomyosis is a frequent pathology of the uterus for women over 40. D ifficult to diagnose, adenomyosts can be responsible of pelvic pain an d menorragia. Association with infertility is a rare event and the res ponsability of adenomyosis is difficult to proave. A medical treatment with LHRH agonist can be propose to improve fertility in case of pate nt adenomyosis.
