Abstract
The concentrations and mobilities of bulk electron, bulk hole and inte rface electron were obtained, respectively, by the mobility specrum an alysis (MSA) for n-type HgCdTe film grown by MBE and LPE techniques. T he changes of concentration and mobility far bulk and interface electr ons versus temperature were also derived from the MSA, which agree wel l with the theoretical analysis.
