Abstract
A sub-micrometer (0.8 mu m) meander structure of the high T-c supercon ducting film YBCO infrared detector was fabricated using the synchrono us radiation technology. The receivable energy of IR radiation by the sensitive elements was enhanced by about 42%, The detectivity D for t he best detector was 1.8 x 10(10) cm . H-z(1/2) W-1 at the operational temperature of similar to 90K.
