Abstract
A series of 5 exo-trig cyclizations of carbamoyl radicals generated fr om readily available Se-phenylselenocarbamates is reported. Kinetic st udies indicate that the rate constant of this cyclization exceeds 1x10 (8)s(-1) in several cases. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights r eserved.
