Abstract
This paper presents a brief overview of spectral-luminescence kinetic methods which make it possible to obtain important information on meta l ion complexing in solutions. The primary attention is given to a des cription of the possibilities which the use of nonradiative energy tra nsfer between lanthanide ions offers for study of the structure of con centrated aqueous electrolytic solutions.
