Abstract
We attempted to produce and to investigate T-shaped wire structures of II-VI compounds. Our samples were grown on GaAs hybrid substrates in a two-stage growth process. The photoluminescence measurements resulte d into two different possible polarization behaviors of recorder signa l. We interpret one of these behaviors as due to quantum wire formatio n.
