Abstract
The article: is devoted to improvements in the high-performance capill ary electrophoresis of proteins on a system designed and produced at t he Institute of Analytical Instrument Making of the Russian Academy of Sciences. A procedure for modifying the capillary walls with poly(gly cidyl methacrylate) is developed. Protein mixtures are separated with high efficiency, and the experimental data are recorded and processed using a computer.
