Abstract
Photoluminescence spectra of type-II ZnSe/BeTe superlattices were stud ied. A linear polarised photoluminescence has been found in the spectr al range of spatially indirect exciton transitions. This observation i s interpreted in a model of optical anisotropy of heterostructures wit h no-common atom at interfaces.
