Abstract
Jejunogastric intussusception is a rare complication of gastric surger y. We report a case in a 41-year-old woman subjected to gastrojejunost omy with truncal vagotomy 3 years before for pyloric stenosis. The jej unogastric intussusception was diagnosed by upper gastrointestinal ser ies, ultrasonography, and computed tomography. Surgical management con sisted of reduction and fixation. Treatment should be as early as poss ible to prevent gangrene of the invaginated segment.
